Create more value
Connect each AI use to a priority and a measurable result.
Evaluate an initiative
Independent responsible AI practice
Evaluate what your AI is carrying: value, decisions, data and responsibility. Do it before you scale.
In brief
We evaluate systems, uses, teams and evidence to clarify the value to create, the risks to reduce and the practice to strengthen. The result is one recommended first path, which may be an engagement, a later step or no engagement yet.
The recognizable reality
Each use can look light in isolation. Together they become a practice that affects customers, teams and outcomes. The first need is not another rule. It is a clear view of what AI already carries.

The identifiable Move 38 program trains teams in-house and certifies the professionals who evaluate and certify others. The method is the iDIA framework, the measure is the AI Index. Based in Laval (Quebec), the cabinet works across Canada, the United States, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
The designation offer, from solopreneur to organization, in tiers of scope. Delivered through the iDIA framework method and measured by the AI Index: annual evaluation, governance and risk management on a continuous basis. At the threshold, the cabinet accredits the "Responsible AI Practice" seal.

Consulting mandatesOur clients
Five questions, ninety seconds. At the end, you see what your use of AI touches, and where to start.
I want to be recognized as an organization that uses AI responsibly.
We evaluate how you use AI, close the gaps with you, and accredit the "Responsible AI Practice" seal once the threshold is met.
Responsible AI Practice 02I want to know whether the tools and the AI we use are compliant.
We audit the AI already in place and measure what your usage does to your data, your compliance and your exposure. The measure is run again each year.

We write the policy, the usage rules and the framework with you, so they hold up in front of your teams and your clients alike.
Consulting 04I want to manage AI risk without blocking my teams.
We build your AI risk management system on the NIST AI RMF, operationalized through our AI Risk SOLN framework.

We build your AI management system and take you all the way to the accredited body's audit.

Move 38A defined artificial intelligence
Six properties, scored one by one, on what you can actually show. You see at a glance what already holds and what needs work.
Who decided what, and on what basis. We check whether you can trace back a decision made with AI: who approved it, which data fed it, and what is still on record six months later.
The rules of the game, written down and followed. We check whether you have an AI usage policy, who answers for it inside the organization, and what happens when a team adopts a new tool.
What protects your AI systems from an attack. We check your access, your testing and your response to AI-specific abuse: prompt injection, data extraction, an agent acting outside its mandate.
Where your data lives, and who you depend on. We check which country processes it, what the vendor allows itself to do with it, and whether you could switch tools without rebuilding everything.
Where a human keeps a hand on the wheel. We check which decisions go through human approval, and whether the level of control matches what a mistake would actually cost.
Doing the same work again and getting the same result. We check whether your configurations, prompts and versions are documented, so the result holds even when the person who produced it has moved on.
An accountable artificial intelligence
Our Responsible AI Practice program and its seal give you traceability over how AI is used, an AI that is transparent and governed on a continuous basis, and a documented practice. Your company gains safe productivity, your employees gain responsible everyday use, and your clients gain trust and reliability that are properly recognized.

AI and data trends 2026: governance wins

Securing generative AI along its flow
The security of a generative AI is governed across six stages, from the dataset to usage feedback. How to make it traceable link by link.
AI governance: the generic default
Access to AI is a commodity. The advantage goes to the organization that makes its AI nameable, explainable and accountable. Where the gap starts.
The iDIA framework is identifiable's evaluation method: six properties (Accountable, Governed, Secure, Sovereign, Supervised, Reproducible) scored on evidence, weighted from ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, the AI Act and Law 25.
The AI Index (AIiD) is the evaluation that follows from the iDIA framework, system by system and agent by agent. A weighted sum of the six properties, it places the organization in one of four posture bands: Emerging, Developing, Governed, Reference. It reproduces from documented inputs.
No. The AI Index is the measure on which identifiable's certification relies. At the threshold, the cabinet certifies the organization's conformity in AI governance, the NIST AI RMF, and Law 25, and accredits the « Responsible AI Practice » designation (« RAI practice » mark). For ISO/IEC 42001, the cabinet prepares the organization for certification issued by an accredited body.
Three offers. Responsible AI Practice, the designation offer, delivered through the iDIA framework method and measured by the AI Index. identifiable Move 38, corporate training and the certification of professional evaluators, the Responsible AI Leaders. Consulting, for AI governance, the AI risk management system, preparation for ISO/IEC 42001 certification and Law 25 conformity.
For organizations whose AI adoption has outpaced their governance: executives who must answer to their board, compliance officers exposed to Law 25 and the AI Act, operations leaders who want AI uses that are nameable, measurable and replayable.
No. The AI Index maps your posture and shows where to begin. Most organizations start in the Developing band. A starting point to build from.
The most useful first step is the diagnostic, or a thirty-minute discovery call. Scope is defined together; the figure follows from the framing.
