identifiable.ca collects little: a technical visit log kept for 90 days for security and audience measurement, the information you submit through forms, and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. Who is responsible for your information
This site is operated by Groupe Six Cs inc., doing business as identifiable: an AI governance, evaluation and reproducibility firm located at 3111 Saint-Martin Boulevard West, Suite 500, Laval, Québec H7T 0K2, Canada.

What information the site collects
The visit log. For every page served, the server records the IP address, the browser used, the page requested, where the visit came from (direct access, search engine, social network, AI assistant or another site) and the approximate geographic region derived from the IP address. This log works without cookies and is used to protect the site against abuse, detect intrusion attempts and understand where visitors come from.
Forms. When you use the contact form, the AI Index diagnostic or the Move 38 newsletter signup, the firm receives the information you choose to provide: name, email, company, message or diagnostic answers.
Analytics cookies. Only with your consent, Microsoft Clarity measures how pages are used. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set and the site works in full.
Why, and on what legal basis
Site security and abuse prevention rest on the firm's legitimate interest, as does basic audience measurement, which remains aggregated. Responding to your requests rests on steps taken before entering into an engagement. The newsletter rests on your consent, collected through double opt-in, and every issue contains an unsubscribe link. Analytics cookies rest on the consent given in the banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
How cookies are managed
The site distinguishes two categories. Essential cookies remember your consent choice and protect access to gated tools: they serve no other purpose. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) are only set after your explicit agreement in the consent banner.
You can revisit your choice at any time: manage cookies. Withdrawing consent stops analytics collection from the current visit onward.
How long information is kept
The visit log is purged automatically after 90 days. Information submitted through forms is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for the duration of the business relationship when an engagement opens. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. At the end of these periods, the information is deleted or anonymized.
Where the information goes
The firm sells no personal information and shares none for advertising purposes. Service providers process data on its behalf, each bound by contract: Vercel (site hosting, United States), Supabase (database), Google Workspace (email), Brevo (newsletter) and, if you consent, Microsoft Clarity (audience analytics). Some of these providers store data outside Québec and outside the European Union; those transfers rely on recognized contractual clauses.
The rights that belong to you
Under Québec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA and the European Union's GDPR, you can request access to the information the firm holds about you, its rectification, its deletion, the portability of the data you provided, and withdraw any consent you have given. Send any request to ia@identifiable.ca; the firm responds within 30 days.
If the response does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in the European Union, your national supervisory authority.
