Every title is decided on evidence, with the id AI framework, and renews every year.
Using AI has become ordinary. Demonstrating that you use it in a governed, secured and accountable way remains rare, and that is exactly what gets certified. All three programs share one measurement instrument: the id AI framework, six properties scored on evidence (Accountable, Governed, Secured, Sovereign, Supervised, Reproducible), weighted from ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act and Quebec's Law 25.
An identifiable title is earned; it cannot be bought.
On evidence
A practice that is claimed but not written down is capped. Every score cites its exhibit; another evaluator, with the same exhibits, reaches the same scores.
A real threshold
At every level, failing is possible and documented. The designation requires an AI Index of at least 70 with no property below 60; an organization at 67 remains undesignated.
In time
Every title is valid one year and renews after re-evaluation. An expired title is never displayed: what you display reflects your current practice.
Which program fits your situation?
For the solopreneur, entrepreneur, manager, executive, C-suite and very small business. Three levels, by the scope of what you answer for: your individual practice (level 1, four sessions over four weeks, a working tool handed over at every session), the practice of the team you manage (level 2), the practice of your company (level 3). Every level is decided on a practice file scored on evidence; if you fall short, you leave with your roadmap and resubmit within 90 days at no cost.
For the AI and agentic AI professional: consultant, compliance lead, architect, executive. An 8-to-12-week cohort, five modules, admission on file. Authority rises by level: the Associate Lead evaluates under supervision; the Licensed Lead conducts the AIiD evaluation end to end, holds the verdict and accredits the designation under the cabinet's license; the Senior Lead supervises, counter-scores peers and delivers cohorts, a level earned on a documented track record, never on an exam. Accreditation rests on a supervised, counter-scored real case, not on attendance.
For teams and organizations of roughly 30 to 300 people and more. Level 1: the trained team, in six half-day sessions on site (inventory of uses and shadow AI, risk tolerance, governance, security with the AI Risk SOLN frame, Law 25 and EU AI Act compliance, starting AI Index). Level 2: the structured organization, the roadmap executed on evidence. Level 3: the "Responsible AI Organization" designation, decided by the AIiD evaluation at the threshold. Delivered as an engagement; scope is defined at the framing session.
The bridges are real: a person certified in practice is a natural candidate for the Lead program; an organization whose executives are certified starts its program with the inventory already under way; Licensed Leads conduct the evaluations that decide designations.

Can you fail an identifiable Move 38 certification?
Yes, at every level of every program. The file is scored on evidence and the threshold does not move; that is what gives the title its value. The candidate or organization that does not yet meet the standard leaves with a roadmap, and identifiable offers the right advisory programs to close the gaps and reach certification.
What is the difference between the Practice and Lead certifications?
The Certification of Responsible AI Practice attests your own use of AI (individual, team or company scope). The Certification of Responsible AI Lead attests the capacity to evaluate and certify others: the Lead conducts the AIiD evaluation and accredits the designation under the cabinet's license.
Are the Practice certification and the Responsible AI Organization designation the same thing?
No. The Certification of Responsible AI Practice qualifies a person. The Responsible AI Organization designation is the seal of an organization that reached the threshold at the AIiD evaluation, at the end of the Organization program.
Do I need the Practice certification before entering the Lead program?
No. It waives the literacy sessions of module 1, but admission to the Lead program is decided on file in every case, and the scoring exam remains in full.
How much do the programs cost?
The practice and Lead programs are sold per cohort seat; the Organization program is scoped as an engagement, defined at the framing session. Seat prices are communicated at cohort registration.
Does identifiable certify ISO/IEC 42001?
No. identifiable prepares organizations for ISO/IEC 42001 certification, which is issued by an accredited body. identifiable certifies conformity in AI governance, to the NIST AI RMF and to Law 25, and accredits the Responsible AI Organization designation.
Are the titles permanent?
No. Every title is valid one year and renews after re-evaluation, which guarantees that the displayed title reflects the current practice, not a past exam.
